The word "Hallacas" comes from Guarani and derives from thet word "ayua" por "ayuar" which means to mix or stir, from these words it is presumed that "ayuaca" is a mixed thing, which due to linguistic deformation came Venezuela is a rich country where there different cultures are mixed, such as Spanish, indigenous and African. And proof of this are the great part of customs and traditions of Venezuela that were brought from abroad, especually from Spain and from several African countries. Indigenous culture has also greatly influenced the popular traditions of the country, to start my blog i would like to talk about all those beautiful traditions that have formed our customs, which have been an important part of our life such as gastronomy, dance, música.e to be called "ayaca". Another version presumes that the word comes from some aboriginal language of the west of the country, whose meaning is "wrapper" or "bojote". The ingredients of the Hallaca in Venezuela vary depending on the regions. It cannot be denied that it is one of the richest and most delicious dishes in our country.
